Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Konverzija Max d.o.o. (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and related digital marketing services. The exact scope is specified in proposals, statements of work, or contracts.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide required access, information, and materials. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and data you provide.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are defined in the applicable proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Custom deliverables (reports, designs, test results) become your property upon full payment.
  • Our methodologies, frameworks, know-how, and internal tools remain our intellectual property.

5. Data Protection

We process personal data according to our privacy policy. For customer data you supply, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.

6. Confidentiality

Each party must keep confidential the other party’s non-public information disclosed during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We perform with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss of revenue or profit, indirect or consequential damages, or issues beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise agreed. Payment and confidentiality obligations survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Courts in Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. If significant changes are made, we will provide notice via email or our website.
